Kawadu-sakura started blooming brilliantly.
It flowers about 1 month earlier than Somei-Yoshino.
Its blossoms are also more reddish than Somei-Yoshino.

Kawadu-sakura is a kind of cherry tree which was born from natural crossing between Oshima-sakura and Kanhi-sakura.
